Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24–72 hours (Monday to Friday). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Order processing typically takes 24 to 72 hours from the time your order is placed. Please note, processing time refers to preparing and packing your order, not the actual shipping transit time.
Processing takes place Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a personalised email containing your tracking number.
Standard Royal Mail shipping generally requires 2 to 5 business days in transit, depending on your delivery location. Please allow for possible delays during busy holiday periods.

Express Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £9.95.
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
We also offer shipping to Europe (see below).
Please remember to track your parcel using the tracking number provided. Al Mulk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your parcel is lost or stolen, please contact Royal Mail or our support team for further assistance and provide your tracking information.
European Shipping
We are pleased to offer shipping to our European customers. However, please note that all European orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk.
Processing for European orders also takes place Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email including your order details and tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the Royal Mail website or on our system for European shipments.
Europe
Tracked Shipping — £15 (Free on orders over £200).
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
We cover all import fees and VAT — no hidden charges.
