Refund & Return Policy

At Al Mulk, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for domestic orders.

All customers have 24 hours from the time of delivery (as confirmed by DPD/Royal Mail tracking information) to notify us of any issues with their purchase. After this 24-hour period, we reserve the right to decline any return or exchange requests. Photographs may be required to support some return or exchange claims. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind or if a fragrance does not align with your personal preference. For this reason, we encourage you to try our sample options where available (unless the item is not listed under our sample pack collection).

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in a resaleable condition.
