Q5: How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days, with delivery in the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (standard) or Tracked 24 (express). Free delivery applies on orders over £100.
Q6: Can I return or exchange a fragrance?
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, confirmed by tracking. Items must be unused and in resaleable condition, and a 10% restocking fee may apply. Sample and Discovery Sets are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature. Please contact us with any concerns — photos may be required.
